My mother was Ukrainian. I visited Cherkasy and Kyiv in 1997. My prayers are with you everyday. I work with our Ukrainian refugee community here in Ashland, Oregon, USa. A family is moving into a house owned by our church this weekend. I use my platform as a teacher to teach about Ukrainian culture. Thank you for your courage and love of your country. I send you my love and support.

We are doing our best to keep Trump out of office, and had a huge development 2 days ago, by having Kamala Harris replace Joe Biden as the Democratic candidate for President. Things are looking great in America regarding Ukraine. Kamala Harris is now the candidate to go up against Trump. She is already winning in the polls. No worries, Trump can't make it to be the US President now. And just ignore what JD Vance, VP candidate, says. American politics from the Republican Party is full of what will get the headline - so they are nasty, tell lies, and get angry and hurtful. America is really sick of the negativity. Kamala Harris will be even better for Ukraine. Wait and see - but don't worry! The US commitment to Ukraine is going to be stronger than ever. Slava Ukraini!
