Ivan Taranenko

Ivan Taranenko is a White Stork Operations Specialist based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He has extensive experience across venture capital, defense innovation, and early-stage technology ecosystems, with a strong operational focus on supporting Ukraine’s defense and dual-use capabilities. Ivan also serves as a Principal at UA1 and has held investment roles at Roosh Ventures and other investment firms, working with founders from pre-seed to Series A across defense, Software, AI, and advanced manufacturing. He holds a Master of Applied Economics from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Business and Financial Economics from the Kyiv School of Economics.
